This development, located on a large wooded site sloping down to the beach, was a pioneer project for other similar developments in British Columbia.

Seven homes, ranging in size form 5,000 to 7,000 sq. ft. were located on the property, each designed in a different style. California/Spanish, English Manor, Contemporary, Mediterranean, Country Traditional, Log Lodge and Oriental.
