This Vancouver residence, produced in a contemporary arrangement, features a creative design that efficiently utilizes available space on a narrow site.

The maximum allowable building width measures only 37’ wide, creating a design challenge that prompted a classic box shape. The main design element is the entry hall.  From the hall, one is lead to the kitchen, living room and dining room all at the same time.
