4-storey apartment complex containing 57 condominium units is located at the
corner of Roper Avenue and Merklin Street in White Rock.
The exterior
finishes include brick, stucco with rain screen details in accordance with
recommendations from the Planning Department at the City of White Rock.
Traditional design elements were incorporated into the design. Parking for
scooters was provided for the convenience of seniors. |
