development, which consists of four buildings, is located 10 minutes away
from the heart of downtown Kelowna and features spectacular views of the
city. The Design Concept is contemporary Californian style.
The design is
elegant with
extensive use of curving roof structures, terraces and
windows.
The underground parking structure has been naturally created from the sloped
site. The terraced condominiums are comprised of 3 and 4 ½ - story concrete
structures with open corridors at the exterior of the units.
The project is at the Development Design Stage. The goal of the site design
is to create a park-like living environment. The site is enhanced with
landscaped courtyards, gazebos and trellis features. |
