The church is converting an old auto dealership (approximately 26,000 sq.ft. (first phase) into a Multi-Use Hall (for church services), a Youth Centre, Classrooms and several offices.  The final phase will be an addition of approximately 12,000 sq.ft.

Pacific Rim Architecture’s challenge will be to design the addition and renovations using the existing facilities to satisfy the Church’s requirements.  The design will use the existing concrete and steel structure with additional innovative details such as lited ceiling in the multi-use hall.  We are currently preparing construction documents.
