Precious Blood Parish Church retained Pacific Rim Architecture Ltd. to design & provide construction services for their new Cloverdale Catholic Parish Centre.

Planned as a Multi-Use hall facility, the program called for a versatile building that would act as a meeting place, banquet hall, gymnasium, and theatre. In addition, a kitchen, offices, class-rooms and storage areas are included in the building.

The main entrance is reached through a large outdoor gathering area, lined with
plant boxes and bench seating.

The building is a combination of concrete block and steel frame construction. Exterior finishes are light stucco with a metal clad roof.

The project was completed in 1997 and dedicated by Archbishop Adam Exner in 1998.
