The existing building, consisting of a pub, restaurant, gas bar and convenience store was damaged in a fire in December, 2010.  The client assigned Pacific Rim Architecture the task of designing a new complex.

The new building which consists of a convenience store, restaurant, pub and residential suite, exhibits a western style design with a post and beam structure. Exterior materials are stucco, Hardie siding and trim finish, with decor wood moulding  and a metal roof.
