HLTC Holdings Ltd. is a rapidly -growing market developer in BC.

Pacific Rim Architecture was asked to assist with their 30,000 sq.ft. expansion and design a brand new market building on 3 levels including a parking garage level plus mixed use areas compromising of retail and office space.

Exterior materials are cast-in-place concrete block for parking garage
and split face concrete block above.

Other design elements include upper floor windows with metal sunscreen.
The main floor will primarily be aluminum storefront sections with spandrel panels
and lightly tinted green vision panels where functionally appropriate.  A 4 ft. metal glass canopy will provide weather protection for front and side elevations.  A 12 ft. long metal/glass canopy suspended from the building will mark the entrance to the market.
