Planned as a major tourist theme park, Fantasy Gardens opened its doors to the public in 1986. Services provided by the firm included Master planning and design services for this Richmond landmark.

Some features of the attraction include offices, a conservatory building, chapel, restaurant complex, gift store & several free-standing tourist attractions.
