Located in the heart of Guildford Town Centre adjacent to the Guildford Mall, this four-storey office complex is over 45,000 sq. ft. in size, not including the underground basement parking level.

The building was constructed on a poured-in-place concrete superstructure with pre-stressed concrete panels.

Highly regarded by the public, a picture of the Coast Capital Savings building was
also used by the City of Surrey for their
modern cityscape advertisement campaign.

The Pre-stressed Concrete Institute awarded
 a “Certificate of Special Recognition” to the
firm for the creative design of the building.
