This development consists of retail space, restaurant, and
office area on the main level, residential units on the 2^nd and
3^rd levels with a penthouse unit on the 4^th level which has a
view of Mount Baker.  The overall Design Concept was conceived
from the local residential character.  The exterior finishes are
 giant brick, stucco and vinyl siding with rain screen details.
